1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bestplanner.org and/or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Digital Products and License

2.1 Personal Use License

Unless otherwise specified, all products sold by Best Planner are licensed for personal use only. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital file for your own personal planning and organizational purposes. You may print the planner for personal use and use it on your personal devices.

2.2 PLR (Private Label Rights) Products

Certain products are sold with Private Label Rights (PLR). PLR products include a separate license document specifying permitted and prohibited uses. Common PLR permissions include editing the content, rebranding, and reselling as your own product. Common PLR restrictions include reselling the original unmodified file, giving it away for free in a way that competes with our store, or claiming you created the original design. Always review the specific PLR license included with your purchase.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

Unless you hold a valid PLR license permitting it, you may not: resell, redistribute, or share our digital products; upload them to file-sharing sites; use them to create competing products for sale; remove copyright notices; or claim authorship of the original work.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a secure third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded. This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" in the way physical goods can.

Exceptions: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased file, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem, including resending the file or providing a replacement. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of genuine technical failure.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from Gumroad containing your download link. Downloads are available immediately and are also stored permanently in your Gumroad library. If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content on bestplanner.org — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of Best Planner and is protected by United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific needs, that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. The use of our planners does not guarantee any particular outcome in productivity, goal achievement, or organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the effective date of any revision at the top of this page.
